The Roller Ring RT reaches an impressive Dpw × N value of 300,000 (pitch circle diameter of the rolling elements × speed), significantly contributing to shorter machine cycle times by allowing rotary tables in multifunctional machines to achieve higher speed.

High Rigidity
The roller bearing offers exceptional moment rigidity due to the two-row arrangement of rollers in the axial direction and a single-row arrangement in the radial direction. This configuration makes the Roller Ring RT ideal for the rotary tables of five-axis machine tools.
Easy installation
The Roller Ring RT is designed for straightforward installation, with mounting holes in both the inner and outer rings of the bearing. This eliminates the need for additional mounting components, allowing the product to be directly attached to the machine housing.
Suitable Sizes for Machine Tools
The Roller Ring RT is available in three sizes, with inner diameters ranging from 160 to 580 mm, making it especially suitable for machine tools. The dynamic axial load ratings range from 83.3 to 366 kN, and the dynamic radial load ratings from 41.7 to 168 kN.
