Technical Support Site Services Have Been Integrated into New Membership Types of THK Online Services
Thank you for using the Technical Support Site.
THK has launched online services such as the Technical Support Site to serve as a communication platform with our customers.
As of September 2, 2024, the functions of the Technical Support Site have been merged with those of the new website to form THK Online Services.
We consider the member ID to be an important factor in deepening communication with our customers, and we will be updating membership requirements and creating different types of memberships.
THK will continually enhance this platform as a foundation to deliver convenient online services to our customers.
Details for the new membership types coming with this integration are explained below.
New Membership Types
Last year, the new member ID system was launched with the goal of encouraging cross-industry use and improving security.
Now, in an effort to further improve these services in the future, memberships will be split into two types starting in early September 2024, when the current service will be integrated.
◆THK Online Services Guest Member (Scheduled to start and begin registration in early September 2024)
Guest members will be able to view and download THK catalogs, use the online comparison function, view basic technical information, and use the Favorites function.

E-mail address, Name of organization or association, Full name
✻Other matters concerning use of the service, including member registration, are based on the THK Terms of Service.
◆THK Online Services Member (Full Member)
Full members will be able to use all of the functions that are available to members registered on the current Technical Support Site, including all of the convenient tools, CAD data, detailed technical information, and FAQ in addition to the content mentioned above for guest members. All the latest information and services will also be available as they are released.
【Full member registration requirements】
E-mail address with the domain address of your organization (company, association, etc.), Name of organization, Full name, Contact information (Mailing address, Phone number, etc.), and all other member registration information
✻As a general rule, e-mail addresses issued by internet service providers cannot be used for registration. (Examples: gmail.com, yahoo.co.jp, nifty.com, biglobe.ne.jp)
✻However, if this is unavoidable because the registrant’s company or association does not have e-mail addresses with an organization domain, or for any other reason, you may still apply to use the services after making these circumstances clear.
✻An application may be denied due to omissions in customer information, for companies found to be engaged in the same or related business, or as a result of past account deletion, in accordance with THK Terms of Service.
✻Other matters concerning use of the service, including member registration, are based on the THK Terms of Service.

【Important】New Member Service for Current Technical Support Site Users
If the registration requirements above for the THK Online Services Membership (Full Member) are satisfied, you may continue to use the same member services just by resetting your password.
Furthermore, passwords may be reset until 1 February 2025. After that point, please register as a new member to use THK Online Services.
【Caution】You will no longer be able to use the THK Online Services after early September 2024, if you have not satisfied these registration requirements, if you are using the Services without an organization domain, or if your registration information is incomplete.
In such cases, please submit a non-standard user application. (See 【Non-standard User Application System】below.)
【Non-standard User Application System】If the registrant’s company or association does not have e-mail addresses with an organization domain, or there are other unavoidable circumstances, you may still apply to use the services after making these circumstances clear.
If you would like to continue to use your current account, please fill out the necessary information on the user application form.
